HOW IT WORKS

From brief to publication, with clear decisions along the way.

You decide what to say, what to approve, and which publishing options to buy. We help you make those decisions with localized content, a defined scope, and publishing coordination.

01

Tell us about your project.

Share your source content or key points, intended audience, goal, and any preferred deadline or budget. No payment is required at this stage.

Your decision: What the project should communicate and achieve.

02

Review recommendations and pricing.

We assess the brief and propose content work and publishing options. Your quote identifies deliverables, publishers, itemized prices, revisions, payment terms, and expected timing.

Your decision: Which scope and channels to approve.

03

Review the localized content.

After quote acceptance, we prepare the Chinese draft and English review notes. Request changes within the agreed scope. A scope change receives a revised quote before additional work proceeds.

Your decision: Whether the final draft accurately represents your business.

04

Approve and pay.

Approve the final version and selected publisher. Pay the confirmed total through PayPal. We submit only after payment is confirmed.

Your decision: The exact content, publication option, and amount you are paying.

05

The publisher reviews the submission.

The independent publisher applies its own rules. Material changes require your approval. We do not switch publishers or accept a higher price without agreement.

Your decision: Whether to approve a revision or separately quoted alternative.

06

Receive publication evidence.

We provide the publication link or agreed evidence when content goes live. If the publisher rejects the content and the agreed publication does not go ahead, the publication order is refunded in full.

Your decision: Review the delivered publication record and report any discrepancy.

A better brief makes the next step easier.

  • Your company name and website.
  • What you want to explain or announce.
  • The audience and desired reader action.
  • Source text, reference links, or key points.
  • Evidence for credentials, comparisons, and performance claims.
  • Brand names, terminology, or statements that must remain consistent.
  • Budget guidance and any target publication date.

Your schedule depends on the scope and the publisher.

We estimate timing after reviewing the brief. Content preparation, your review, and independent publisher review are separate stages. Tell us about a fixed announcement date before accepting the quote so we can assess whether it is workable.

Begin with what you already have.

A finished article is helpful. A clear set of key points works too.
