Questions before you start?
Here is how content review, publication, payment, and refunds work. For a specific project, your quote defines the agreed scope and delivery details.
What does iWriter 9 do?
We help overseas businesses create or localize Chinese commercial content, choose suitable publishing options, and coordinate submissions with independent content creators and publishers.
Who is the service for?
PR teams, communications leaders, marketers, and agencies that need to explain a company, product, or service to Chinese audiences.
What do I need to provide?
An existing draft or a set of key points, your audience, your goal, and any deadline or budget guidance. We also need accurate business facts and permission to use any material you supply.
Can you write the article for me?
Yes. We can scope Chinese writing from your brief. You supply the facts and approve the final draft before submission.
Can you work from a language other than English?
Tell us which language your source uses. We will confirm support before quoting or accepting the work.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the scope, your review, and publisher availability and review. We provide an estimate in your quote. A requested date is not confirmed until we have assessed it.
Can I review the Chinese content before publication?
Yes. You review the Chinese draft and English review notes before submission. If you need a complete English back translation, request it in your brief so it can be included in the quote.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, before submission and within the revision scope agreed in your quote. Changes to your facts, requirements, or selected channels may require a revised quote.
Will you publish my original wording exactly?
Not necessarily. Localization may change the structure or wording, and a publisher may require further changes. We preserve supportable business facts and ask you to approve the final content. Material publisher-requested changes require your approval too.
What if I do not approve a requested change?
We will not submit a materially changed version without your approval. If the selected publisher rejects the approved content and the agreed publication does not happen, we refund that publication order in full.
Can I change published content?
Edits are available before submission. After publication, edits are not included or guaranteed. Contact us if the published content differs from the approved version so we can investigate the discrepancy.
Can you handle regulated or sensitive subjects?
We assess the topic before accepting the work. Some claims require supporting evidence, qualifications, or additional publisher review. We may decline content that cannot meet the relevant requirements. Our service is not legal or regulatory advice.
Where can my content be published?
We recommend specific options from available independent creators, public account operators, and other publishers. Your quote identifies the proposed option; availability depends on the topic, format, and current acceptance rules.
Are you officially partnered with the platforms themselves?
Our service coordinates with independent content partners. Publication on a platform does not imply an official relationship with the platform operator.
Is this earned media coverage?
A paid publication is a commercial placement. It should not be presented as independently earned editorial coverage, and applicable advertising or sponsorship disclosures must be respected.
Will my article appear in web search or AI answers?
It may, depending on public access, indexing, system decisions, and other factors. We do not guarantee external indexing, search rankings, AI citations, traffic, or leads.
What do SEO and GEO mean here?
SEO concerns discoverability in search. GEO concerns how content may be retrieved and understood for AI-generated answers. Our work focuses on useful Chinese content, clear structure, consistent facts, and suitable channel choices.
What will I receive after publication?
A publication link or available platform evidence, as defined in your quote. Audience metrics, ongoing monitoring, and conversion reporting require a separately agreed scope and access to relevant data.
Will the article remain online permanently?
Permanent availability is not guaranteed. Publishers may change, remove, or restrict content. Any specific retention commitment must appear in your quote.
How much does it cost?
Publishing and localization are priced by scope. Your quote shows each publishing fee, content production cost, any additional services, and the full total.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal, using the payment link for your approved order. The available payment methods are shown by PayPal.
When do I pay?
After approving the final content and selected publication option, before we submit it to the publisher.
What happens if publication is rejected?
If the publisher rejects your content and the agreed publication does not go ahead, we refund the full amount paid for that publication order. We will not replace it with a different paid placement without your approval.
Can I get a refund if I dislike the result after publication?
A change in preference after publication does not qualify for a refund. Please review the final draft carefully before approving it. If we delivered something different from what you approved, contact support. Rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
Can I cancel before publication?
Contact us before submission. Cancellation depends on the work already started and the cancellation terms you accepted in the quote. If no work has started and no submission has been made, there is no cancellation charge.
How long does a refund take?
We notify you when a refund has been issued through PayPal. The time it takes to appear depends on PayPal and the original payment method; we cannot promise an instant return of funds.
Does payment create a subscription?
No. Payment covers the order you approve. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
