Publishing
Publishing is priced by the selected channel, content format, and scope. Your quote identifies the exact publishing option and its fee.

Writing & localization
Based on source material, complexity, content length, research needs, versions, and review requirements.
Your quote lists the deliverables and included revision scope.
Multi-channel projects
For content adapted to more than one channel or a coordinated set of publications.

What affects your quote.
- Whether you supply a finished draft or need original writing.
- Content length, technical detail, and supporting research.
- The number of Chinese versions and publishing options.
- The publisher's format, review, and disclosure requirements.
- Extra review materials, including a full English back translation if requested.
- Optional reporting or other agreed services.
What you see before you pay.
Your quote shows the scope, content deliverables, proposed publishers, writing and localization fees, publishing fees, any applicable taxes, and the total in USD. It also specifies revisions, estimated timing, quote validity, cancellation terms, and any separately priced options.
An optional service is added only if you select it. Scope or price changes require your approval.
Pay through PayPal after approving the content.
We confirm the final draft and selected publication option before payment. A payment is for the order you approve; it does not create a subscription.
If publication is rejected
If the publisher rejects your content and the agreed publication does not go ahead, we refund the full amount paid for that publication order. For a multi-channel project with separate orders, each order's price and refund treatment are identified before purchase.
After publication
Published content is not eligible for edits or a refund because of a change in preference. If the delivered publication differs from what you approved, contact us so we can investigate. Rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
Are writing and publishing priced separately?
Yes. Writing, localization, and publishing are separate items in your quote, with one total for the agreed scope.
Can I set a budget first?
Yes. Include a budget range in your brief. We will assess suitable options and explain the scope they support.
Can you provide a fixed total?
Yes, for a defined scope. If requirements change, we send a revised quote for approval before proceeding with extra work.
